Adriana did an amazing job at helping me with the spasm on my back and getting rid of almost all the pain I was having on my neck, back, and even lower spine. She's great at what she does and she is very informative of what she is doing to your body while working on you.
My visit to Adriana's was great can't say enough about it. She's treating my bells palsy with micro current therapy and ultrasound. I just want to thank Adriana Caceres , I was so sore and asked to get a massage. She got me in as she started my massage she told me I had a lot of inflammation and it would not be good for me to get a massage .
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
