What clients say about the cupping here
“Zook once a month, my symptoms are completely relieved and my range of motion has greatly increased!”
From the reviews
I have had the pleasure of receiving chiropractic care for my youngest two children shortly after their births, at Adjust to Health Chiropractic Clinic. My babies have always been born via c/section and have had issues with: reflux, excess gas, poor sleeping, and difficultly in quality of nursing latch when they are…
This place is amazing. I just moved here and needed a chiropractor asap and was able to get seen (and fixed up well above expectations) the same day! Dr. Warren is awesome and his enthusiasm for his craft is readily apparent! Tiffany is so nice too and I can't wait for a much needed massage next week.
I work a physically demanding job and began doing more preventative/ maintenance adjustments when I started my job both Dr Heidi and Dr Meghan have helped so much and when I got hurt at work they got me in as soon as they can and helped so much! Highly recommend
Warren always finds ways to fit me in on short notice. He is a great doctor and person. He has helped my neck a lot over the past 9 months.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
