I can't thank Dr. Guidera enough for everything that he has done for me. I had an horrific case of Tinnitus, as a side effect of a shot recommended by my primary care physician. I visited two prominent doctors in Weston and Pembroke Pines and they simply told me: "live with it".
Dr. Matthew Guidera is amazing! His plethora of knowledge and cheerful attitude really made this experience enjoyable. I had never done acupuncture before but once I was referred to Dr. Matt I was hooked after one session. He offers bundles which makes the price per visit cheaper. I always leave feeling amazing!

I had Intercostal neuralgia. I never even heard of it before I got it. I only knew that I had it for over 5 months. Its extremely painful in your ribs and liver. It was so strong that It would make me cry from it many days each week. My whole life was interrupted by this...I mean it hurt just to breath deep!!!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
