Wow what an amazing experience. Called this morning and they were able to work me in. Just told them my problems I was having (stress, anxiety, lack of sleep, neck and back hurting). When I arrived for my appointment, they were ready for me with a smiling face and told me what there were going to do.
I wish I could give 10 stars! This place is amazing. The customer service was PERFECT. I have been having rotor cuff muscle issues since February 2023. I am a hair stylist so that muscle is very important in my life. I got the acupuncture and cupping today, September 6, 2023 and I feel SO much better.
Excellent service! I received acupuncture, cupping and the hot stone. I felt much more relaxed after my visit. Everything was explained to me and I purchased a few supplements before leaving. I was told that there were a couple of things for me to try for several weeks to see if I was getting better.
I sustained a separation and deep tissue bruise in my left shoulder. The team performed acupuncture and deep tissue massage restoring me substantially in just 2 sessions. Going back for a 3rd session in a couple of days. If you suffer from an injury or chronic pain, I highly recommend trying Acupuncture Herbs!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
