From the reviews
Cheryl is truly amazing at what she does. Her understanding of the body and her ability to pinpoint exactly what you need is incredible. She takes the time to truly listen, understand your concerns, and tailor each treatment specifically to you.
I have seen Cheryl on and off for several years to address hip pain and fatigue. She has had a huge impact on both through acupuncture and providing herbal supplements. I have been able to run several miles again for the first time in a while without any hip pain and have felt much more energetic.
Cheryl is amazing and has helped me so much with hormonal issues. I first saw her years ago for painful and irregular periods and she helped me so much. Now I have been experiencing perimenopause symptoms and she has helped me so much with this too- even after only a few sessions. She is so kind and supportive.
I’ve been going to Cheryl off and on for years and she has helped me in countless ways. Most recently with a 75 day migraine that no medicine, dr, or hospital was able to stop. I should’ve known to come here first.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
