From the reviews
I have been doing acupuncture for my fertility. I have been going twice a week for the past 3-4 months along with taking herbs. I can tell a huge difference in my stress levels. I have been able to ovulate by myself which I haven’t been able to do without medication in over a year.
I have to say I have never felt so confident before in a 5 star review before. I have never tried acupuncture before, and felt the need to after a few years of some health problems of hashimotos, not sleeping at all, and then a bad leg break, shattering my fibula and tibia.
My first experience was above n beyond. Let's just say that when I arrived at the Chinese Health Center, my condition wasn't the most stable to witness. It took the doctor's assistance just to enter the location. Aldo, I can walk, climbing, and bending was not my strongest choice of motivation at doing.
I have been going here for 3 yrs for sciatica and arthritis. this has helped me tremendously.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
