Why Acupuncture Angels is listed — cupping is a treatment, not a Google category, so we only list a provider when there's real proof they offer it. Here's what we found: “bitter and sweet, and more. Herbs come in many forms-mostly popularly pills and teas. When used correctly, under the guidance of your Eastern Medicine practitioner, they are generally safe and rarely have side effects. What clients say about the cupping here
“Bet Walker is the best acupuncturist I've ever had from California to the East Coast.”
“From the moment I entered their tranquil space, I felt an immediate sense of calm.”
From the reviews
I had an extraordinary experience visiting Baja Healing Palms inside Acupuncture Angels & Wellness Center in Downtown Dublin. From the moment I entered their tranquil space, I felt an immediate sense of calm. Baja's attentiveness and professionalism were refreshing.
Ms Bet is an angel. I don’t take narcotics and I am allergic to most anti inflammatory meds so I get little relief from my pain. She has worked miracles. Thanks Ms Ber
I visit thru the VA. Bet is funny and gentle. Very good with communicating what she is doing and check up on you during the acupuncture session.
Dr Bet is a wonderful caring person she has help us both esp my husband who has 3 TBI s and autism with mulpital injuries from war.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
