From the reviews
…I saw that there was an opening for 6pm for a Cupping with Red Light Therapy so I decided to book it. The location was easy to find. The build has plenty of parking in the area. The offices faces Mountain towards the corner of the building. Dr.
…He also offers additional services like electrical therapy, red light therapy, and cupping, and encourages you to go beyond appointments with stretching, exercises, and supplements. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping his patients feel better. I’m very happy with my switch and highly recommend Dr.
…I love his advanced massage chair, his flexion table, red light therapy, ultrasound therapy (this feels amazing) and cupping. He has so many ways to make you feel better and heal pain. He’s also very strong and will give you an effective adjustment.
Amazing experience! I found out about this place on ClassPass and booked an appointment for cupping. Turns out they accept my insurance for chiropractic services so I did a consultation and an adjustment as well. Treatment includes the massage bed. Doctor S is super thorough and very knowledgeable. 10/10!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
