Fantasy experience always friendly and supportive! Treatments were very relaxing and helpful; was in so much pain…staff and doctors are great would tell others and come back if needed. Thanks Action Therapy ⭐️
I just had a knee replacement and Action Therapy very professional but comforting at the same time. It is the only place I go after having 14 orthopedic surgeries. They are aggressive at helping you get back to where you need to be. I have to have another knee replacement on my other leg and Action is where I’m going.
I’ve been going to Action for over a year now and I love EVERYTHING about this place … EVERYONE here is so super friendly. I just love how they’re so attentive and down to earth. Ms Dee, Hailey, Taylor and Beth are my favorite people EVER!! They are so patient with me.
The hand therapists Suzanne at Action Therapy is wonderful. She is caring and so knowledgeable. Everything she does she explains why we are doing it.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
