⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t recommend Dr. Joe enough! From the moment you walk into Achieve Health and Performance, you feel welcomed and valued. Dr. Joe is not just an incredible chiropractor; he truly embodies the spirit of whole body wellness.

This facility is amazing. Dr. Joe and his staff are incredible people. I had a bulging disc in my lower back that pinched off the sciatic nerve root. I was in a lot of pain and I had no feeling in my left foot. I also lost the strength in my left leg.

★★★★★ — David, May 2024

I can’t say enough great things about Achieve Chiropractic! I’ve always been nervous about getting adjusted, but Dr. Joe made me feel so comfortable and cared for. I threw out my neck about a week ago and could barely move it, but he took the time to listen, explain everything, and help me heal.

Dr. Bri is absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, she made both me and my child feel comfortable. She is so gentle, patient, and truly knowledgeable about pediatric care. We started coming here when my daughter was 5 months old.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
