From the reviews

Once again I am blown away by Dr. Whitney and her amazing care! Helping my 15 yr old with some issues he has had going on that I wasn't even sure if chiropractic care could help numbness and tingling but it sure seems to be nearly eliminating the issue he was having! I am forever grateful for all Dr.

I have been going here since the beginning of baby #2 (2022) pregnancy when Whitney was located in Pleasant Hill, baby was breech and she got her flipped for the most amazing, fast and beautiful birth compared to my first! Whitney has also seen my daughter since just 2 days old she’s about to 3!

★★★★★ — Kali, Aug 2025

I was looking for a chiropractor closer to home but having no luck because I’m very particular about anyone I’m going to trust with my body. I saw that the Access had opened and did a lot of research and investigating before seeing Whitney for the first time.

Our daughter was toe walking 100% of the time, after exhausting all options our pediatrician recommended we try chiropractic care. After the first visit we noticed immediate reduction in toe walking. Visit after visit with Dr. Whitney and Dr. Caitlin we noticed even further reduction in her toe walking.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
