I think she might actually be magic. I've had my fair share of massage therapists in AZ, but none were a pain spot whisperer. She found trouble areas I knew I had but hadn't mentioned as they weren't my focus, and others I didn't know I had! My shoulder feels better and I certainly felt pampered.
Like a previous review I also received a cancellation the day before my appt. I feel this is the epitome of professionalism and I was grateful for her being so thoughtful of her clients health.

For years I have been suffering with the aftermath of an ankle injury. I had visited doctors and other massage and physical therapists seeking advice and a process to address my issue in order to find some relief. Never has anyone been able to accurately access the true cause AND provide relief.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
