I had a deep tissue massage, with special deal pricing (follow their Facebook) with Ashley, it was excellent! The pressure was perfect, she reached deep into muscles to help relieve pain i thought may need surgery, now i think i need to book a few more and ill be painfree!
I have been so privileged to experience so many different massages in many different states and even countries; however, A Signature Day Spa, is by far the most incredible experience I’ve ever had at a spa.
This was one of the best massages I’ve had. Deanna was not only kind and professional, but also very mindful of my specific needs and areas of concern. She took the time to ask what I prefer and adjusted her techniques accordingly.
Beautiful and clean environment. Staff are very nice, welcoming and respectful. Kaitlyn and Lauren were our masseuse. The 110 minute massage was very relaxing, they respected boundaries and walked us through what would happen before and during the massage. 10 out of 10. Would absolutely recommend!!!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
