From the reviews
Great results for my elbow pain. I was diagnosed with Golfers elbow. Physical therapy hardly helped over 3 months. Found this acupuncture from Google reviews and it did not disappoint. Anne helped me so much in just one session. She was able to fit me in on the same day for an appointment.
Lily was so amazing! I walked in with a lot of lower back pain and I walked out with minimal pain! She did acupuncture and cupping! It was my first time and she made me feel comfortable. Will definitely come back!
Lily WAS AMAZING!!! I live in daily pain and she knows what she is doing! She doesn't pay attention to the clock she pays attention to your body! True traditional acupuncture and cupping! The best service!!
Just had my 2nd session and I feel great. Dr. Lily, Dr. Annie, and the rest of the staff are very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I've had chronic back pain for 8 years and as soon as I got on the table, they quickly identified all my problem areas without me telling them. I was surprised and amazed.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
