From the reviews

Really good. Perfect pressure for me. Amy responded to my feedback throughout massage. Went in with lower back and neck pain and walked out with neither. Offers A LOT of extra services for free you would normally be charged extra for cupping, stones, etc.

Amy is truly the BEST! She is very professional and personable as well. She works hard to cater to individual needs and is an expert in her field. I truly appreciate all that she does to help me feel my best. The only negative...I need to go more often to see her! ❤

★★★★★ — Amberly, Mar 2022

Amy is a blessing to this community and is a true talent to her craft. She always makes me feel right at home and does a great job of easing away all my aches and pains and stress. I would highly recommend her services to anyone.

★★★★★ — Sarah, Dec 2024

Amy was amazing. She listened to what I needed and continued to request feedback throughout the session. Her attentiveness to an individualized treatment is proof you are not "just another customer" for her.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
