Such a comfortable atmosphere, and that matters when getting a massage! I love the simplicity of the place. I like being able to schedule my appointment on the app. Massage was amazing. Cupping helped tremendously. Amanda is amazing! Will be returning.
Update: the manager followed up. The bad egg is no longer with them. Everyone now has been very kind and helpful. About two months in now. The receptionist has never once said hello to me, made eye contact or acknowledged my presence. I walk in and she's always playing on her phone. She never even looks up.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Jen is such a great D.O. She not only knows her business well, she’s exemplary at it. My chiropractor years passed away about a decade ago. It took me ten years to find another that was as good for me as she had been for many years.
Wow! What a great place! I went for a 1 hour massage yesterday and it was a great experience. The place is clean and I loved the atmosphere. Even the music was great. If you want to give the place a try for a massage I highly recommend Charlotte. She was friendly and professional and really knew her stuff.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
