Wow, what a great massage! I had a half hour foot massage with Joe. His hands were so strong and thorough, I nearly fell asleep. Then a half hour for my back. He was very informative, added hot stones and finally began to break up the knots in my “traps”. I am returning next week.
A true hidden gem! I have had several massages as well as a foot massage here and can say they are AWESOME!! I have had chronic back pain since my 20’s - so I have had a ton of massage therapy. And I can honestly this is the best I have ever had. And they are very reasonably priced for their services.

I was greeted very warmly. The place is clean. I could smell a touch of lavender in the air from the aroma therapy machine.

What to expect from your first cupping session

What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
