From the reviews
Very professional and he worked out all my knots! Thanks so much!
As a competitive bodybuilder, I am breaking down muscle, battling muscle soreness, joint pain, fatigue and sometimes injury and limitations. Tim specializes in many massage therapy techniques and has been able to effectively address EVERY issue I’ve had.
I've been seeing Tim for massages since 2021, back when he was at Bellasazi Spa, and I've continued with him at 608 Massage for a reason! From the moment you walk in, he creates a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere with his professional yet personable approach.
Never had a professional massage before. The day I went in, I had a painful knot in my neck and couldn't move my neck all the way to that side. I got the Trigger Point massage and immediately after, I could move my neck normally again. Over the next day, the previously knotted area has relaxed.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
