From the reviews

I've been working with Zach for about six months, and I can't say enough good things about the care and expertise he's provided. When I first started physical therapy, I was dealing with significant arm pain and a weak, unstable back that was affecting my day-to-day life.

★★★★★ — Rob, Jun 2026

After suffering a severe concussion, I experienced debilitating daily migraines that left me feeling hopeless. Nothing I tried seemed to help, and I was at a complete loss for what to do. Working with Zach was truly a blessing.

★★★★★ — Trish, Jul 2026

Very grateful I went to visit Dr. Zach Varnauskas. I have known Zach for quite a long time, and knew if I ever needed a PT he would be the one I would go to. He took the time to get to know each symptom I was having, and wanted to do a full comprehensive evaluation of it, and deeply cared about everything I told him.

★★★★★ — Johnny, Jun 2026

Zach is such a great PT! Super respectful and takes time to explain what he’s doing and why. Being someone with a longer history of leg rehab he was able to listen to my whole story and get me to a better place step by step. Highly recommend working/training with him and still would if I didn’t move for work.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
